Pancake Events sets up a fully managed mobile crêpe bar anywhere in London—perfectly tailored for office kitchens, tabletops, or open event spaces. Our highly trained, professional chefs cook fresh, authentic French crêpes, traditional buckwheat galettes, and stylish party canapés right in front of your guests—creating a fun, delicious, and memorable atmosphere for everyone involved.

Note: All bookings require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice and a £950 minimum spend.

📋 BOOKING GUIDELINES
- To maintain our high standards of service and ingredient freshness, the following details apply to all bookings:
- Minimum Investment: Packages start from a £950 minimum spending requirement.
- Notice Required: We require at least 3 weeks' notice to secure your date and prepare your bespoke menu. (Last-minute bookings are rarely available and are subject to strict availability).

- 2 Hours of Unlimited Live Cooking: Watch our chefs spin fresh, traditional sweet crêpes and savoury galettes right before your eyes.
- 2 Friendly, Uniformed Chefs: Accomplished professionals who know how to look after your guests with a smile.
- Unlimited Fresh Toppings: A massive variety of options, allowing everyone to customize their own French, Italian, or Spanish-style combinations.
- Complete Mobile Setup: We supply the entire crêpe station, professional machines, tablecloths, and custom-designed menu displays.
- Eco-Friendly Tableware: High-quality disposable cones, plates, cutlery, and napkins are completely provided.

THE MENU: TRADITIONAL RECIPES & FRESH INGREDIENTS
Our batters are crafted from scratch using traditional techniques from Brittany, France. We pair them with an incredible selection of fresh toppings and our famous homemade chocolate and salted caramel sauces.
