I have used ExpoCart for a few events now. The first large-scale event was this year, and they have been very helpful and accommodating. The team managed to deliver the vision I had in a modular stand, which saved quite a bit of money compared to a bespoke build. I will use the team again.

Event marketing isn't easy. More so, if you are a one-(wo)man team at a startup abroad. I got to Expocart with a tight timeline and budget. After superb support and help, I left with a great-looking booth with a reusable modular system and hired furniture in perfect condition. Kudos to the entire team, from sales to operations and delivery!

We used Expocart for our first ever exhibition, and the experience was simply incredible.
Michael was incredibly patient with us, as we had to change the furniture last minute.
We didnt have to wo
rry about the furniture once after it was booked. Everything was set up promptly and everyone ended up adoring our displays! The display case we chose was EXCELLENT, our stall ended up looking like a real store and was a game changer in grabbing attention.
Thank you to everyone, from the bottom of our hearts, we were nervous for our first exhibition, but now we cant wait to do it all again!

We used ExpoCart for the Restaurant Takeaway Innovation Expo in London and they were fantastic to work with, even with our offices located in another country. They were quick to reply to emails and always happy to adjust things along the way.
Only downside was a few days before the event, they updated us that our table was damaged. However, they offered us another, similar table. It wasn't perfect, but things happen and they were quick to remedy the situation. Everything was delivered on time in the right place and available via phone to answer any questions I had.

Great customer service

Fantastic Customer Service

Due to being let down by another company, I needed an iPad stand for my exhibition asap. I called and spoke to Michael, who could not have been more helpful. The quoted delivery was dispatching in 48 hours which left things a little tight. Michael told me he would do his best to get the item out to me as early as possible. Within the hour he emailed me to tell me the stand had dispatched and it arrived the following morning.
It’s so refreshing to be able to talk to someone who not only understands your situation, but goes out of their way to assist.
With customer service like that it’s an easy 5 star review and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Superb service and very professional company

We used ExpoCart to make display panels for a trade fair. They were excellent throughout. Communication was perfect. Timing was exactly as they said. The panels were really high quality and arrived in a format that made assembly super easy. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting to use an agency for help with a trade fair - they are good value and super professional.

Critical part of order not delivered, very bad customer support

The hired furniture was delivered for the exhibition (no complaints there), but the iMac with accessories was not. We learned about it ourselves a day before the event, called the urgent line which is not urgent at all (basically just somebody writing down messages, no action whatsoever). On the event day, I had to chase their customer support several times before they finally got back to me saying "sorry, the supplier didn't deliver, we will provide a refund". No proactive communication, not professional enough to recommend, will not use in the future.

Promotional Counters

Ordered two different promotional counters for our pop-up escape room game experience for use at some festivals. Service was second to none and everything arrived exactly as requested. Very quick and simple to order through Expocart and would definitely order with them again!

bad customer service.

I ordered a few items for a 3 day trade show including 2 small Tv's at £220 each. one of the Tv's didn't switch on, which I reported straight away via email. Expocart replied and promised to resolve the issue but theynever did!

Afterwards they apologised but said I was to blame for not also calling them?! They offered only a 50% refund for the item that 100% did not work, what a joke.

They are very expensive compared to others and seem to outsouce all orders. I won't be using in the future.
